To strengthen the safety awareness of all employees, we regularly conduct not only legally required safety education but also customized education that reflects the specificity of each work site. We operate a systematic education curriculum suitable for positions and roles from new employees to management supervisors.
Company-wide Safety & Health Culture Expansion
Under the recognition that 'safety' is everyone's responsibility, not just a specific department's work, we are expanding company-wide safety and health culture. Through regular site inspections involving management and the operation of joint labor-management safety and health committees, we listen to voices from the field and actively reflect them in improvement activities.
Risk Assessment and Improvement Management
To prevent serious accidents, we regularly conduct site-centered risk assessments. Through consulting with external professional organizations, we objectively inspect the workplace safety system from a third party's perspective and systematically manage the derived improvement items to fundamentally eliminate risk factors.
